At just 16, Randy started working as a metal polisher, quickly developing a deep knowledge of metals and mastering his craft.

After two decades of hands-on experience, he made the leap to start his own business—driven by the desire to create a strong foundation for his family and future generations.

In 2005, alongside his wife Donya and their two sons, Ryan and Adam, Randy founded MPS. What started as a dream has grown into a trusted, family-owned metal polishing company known for quality, precision, and integrity.
